Bread omelette recipe

Bread Omelette is one of the easiest and yummiest dish made from beaten eggs ,quickly fried with butter .Here I will share its Recipe with you.

So,First of all,Take a bowl and beat eggs into it and make a fine paste.Then, as per your taste,add salt,red chili powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder into it and mix this mixture well.

Now,heat the Pan(Tawa) and put it on low flame.Add oil(or ghee or butter) and heat it and spread the whole mixture over it evenly and let it cook on low flame.Take Bread slices and place it over this mixture and turn it to other side so that egg mixture gets covered over complete bread slice.Push cooked portions from edges toward the center with inverted turner so that uncooked eggs can reach the hot pan surface.When you feel its properly cooked,You can enjoy the fresh and delicious Bread omelette.

  • Eggs – 3
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon
  • Onions – 35 grams
  • Bell pepper – 35 grams
  • Cilantro – 1 tablespoon
  • Green chili – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter – 1 tablespoon
  • Sandwich bread
  • Butter
  • Green chutney

Preparation of Bread omelette.

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 3 eggs and mix it well. Now add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 35 grams onions, 35 grams bell pepper, 1 tablespoon cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon green chili and mix it well.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, pour the mixture in it and spread it gently.
  3. Let it cook for a minute then place a bread slice, smear some butter on the top of bread.
  4. After few seconds carefully flip omelette and cook for a minute or until done.
  5. Remove the bread omelette from pan, spread some green chutney over the bread cut it into 2 halves and fold the omelette.
  6. Serve immediately with green chutney.
