Tips to make homemade chicken fried rice:-

Chicken:-

\r\nUse small chunks of the boneless chicken. Small chunks of chicken get cooked well. If we use large pieces of chicken then the pieces of chicken are not fried well. Marinate chicken pieces.\r\n

Rice:-

Equipment

  • Pressure cooker
  • nonstick pan

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oil or butter
  • 4 garlic
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 small onion
  • 2 carrots
  • salt, pepper
  • soy sauce
  • 2 cups of rice

Instructions

  • Pour 2 tbsp of oil into a pan.when the oil becomes hot.seasoned chicken with salt and pepper.
  • put the chicken into the pan.fry the chicken for 4-5 mins until the chicken is cooked through
  • Set aside to cool in a plate
  • Beat the egg with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Pour oil into a pan and heat it.
  • Put garlic and onion into the pan cook it for 2 mins until onion becomes soft. now add veggies.
  • Add salt and pepper. Now pour egg mixture into it. stir until cook.
  • Put rice and chicken into the mixture. Add soy sauce. Stir fry for 3-4 mins.
  • check salt and other seasonings. Add more if needed.
  • Now its time to transfer to serving bowls to serve hot chicken fried rice.

Remember most sauces are already salted so be careful while adding salt.

Preparation:-

\r\nSoak rice in cold water for 30 mins. Cook the rice in 3 cups of water. Set aside rice to cool. Take a pan pour some oil into a pan and cook the chicken until golden. Season the chicken with the pepper and salt. Put the chicken to one side of the pan. Beaten egg is poured into the pan. scrambled the eggs until soft. Transfer it to a plate. pour some oil into the pan to fry the garlic on the medium flame. Add some onion and veggies. Stir fry for 2-3min. Now add rice, sauce pepper, and salt. Stir fry for few mins.
